ABOUT YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT
MAKE SURE YOU COME TO THE CORRECT OFFICE. Please arrive 45 minutes early for your initial appointment to see Dr. Sekhon. This allows for sufficient time to complete all of the necessary paperwork.
For your visit, you should bring copies of your previous x-rays, CT scans, and MRIs so the surgeon can review them. They can be either on CD or films. Although you should also bring the report, the report alone is not adequate for surgical planning the films are also required. Previous consultation letters and electrodiagnostic (EMG) reports should also be brought if they are available.

You must have this authorization information with you during your initial appointment to be seen by the doctor.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS
If you have to cancel an appointment, please call us as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This enables another patient, who may be in pain, to have your time slot.
